    A Twist On Tradition

    At Dorset Knobs, we specialise in crafting traditional Dorset Biscuits, specifically the beloved Dorset Knob, just like the bakers used to do. They would leave small knobs of dough in the oven to cool down overnight, and in the morning, enjoy them as a delicious snack. Perfecting this traditional baking process took us over 4 months. We then decided to enhance our offerings by introducing the Wholemeal Knob and various savoury flavours to elevate the eating experience and cater to all tastes, ensuring our traditional cookies appeal to everyone.
